June this year is the 19th "Work Safety Month" activity carried out nationwide. To deeply study and publicize Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, implement the major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee, State Council, provincial and municipal governments and the Group Company on work safety, focus on strengthening work safety and special rectification three-year action investigation and rectification work under normalized epidemic prevention and control conditions, firmly establish the concept of safe development, prevent and resolve major risks, eliminate safety hazards, curb production safety accidents, popularize safety knowledge, enhance all employees work safety awareness, improve all employees safety quality, implement work safety responsibility, and create a good work safety atmosphere, the company deeply organized and carried out a series of work safety month activities with the theme of "Eliminate Accident Hazards and Build a Strong Safety Line".

   The headquarters attached great importance to the "Work Safety Month" activity, specially organized and issued documents to arrange and deploy the safety month activity. According to the activity arrangement, the company organized a one-month work safety picture exhibition and hung work safety month theme banners along the main road in the work area; fully utilized internal media publicity role, broadcast the new "Work Safety Law" in full on the radio; organized company middle-level and above leading cadres and safety management personnel to study the spirit of Shaanxi Science and Technology Industry Development [2020] No. 23 (Notice on Printing and Distributing the "2020 Provincial Military Industry and Civil Explosives Industry Work Safety Month Activity Plan") document, further strengthening the company is safety risk prevention ability through strengthening ideological education of leading cadres and management personnel. Meanwhile, combined with the company is work resumption and epidemic prevention and control work, General Manager Kong Xiaoqi personally led the team to organize relevant functional departments to carry out a work safety inspection activity aimed at implementing work safety responsibility system and investigating safety hazards. The inspection team combined production positions and summer production characteristics to focus on checking unlicensed operations at production sites, special equipment, electrical lines, storage points of flammable and explosive materials and other locations, carefully investigated existing safety hazards and loopholes, and ordered relevant units to seriously rectify problems found in the inspection.

   During the safety month activity, all units of the company also actively responded and organized various forms of safety publicity and education activities in various ways. The company also conducted award evaluation based on the organization and implementation of safety blackboard newspapers, safety publicity and other activities by all units. Through the development of the work safety month, it further enhanced employees safety awareness and safety responsibility, all safety management measures were fully implemented, and a good work safety environment was created for the company is healthy and stable operation.
