On April 13th, the headquarters held the first quarter business operation analysis meeting in the second-floor conference room of the office building. Company Party Secretary and Chairman Chang Pengju delivered a speech. Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager Kong Xiaoqi and other company leaders, heads of relevant functional departments, and all leading cadres of business units attended the meeting. Liu Junhong, Director of the Planning and Production Department, presided over the meeting.   At the meeting, leaders of each business unit reported on five aspects: completion of major economic indicators and variance analysis in the first quarter, product orders and market analysis in the first quarter, 2020 new product development, new process research and application plans, goals and project progress, the unit is "two funds" occupation situation, specific measures to reduce "two funds" occupation, and stable growth work measures. The attending leaders conducted serious discussion and analysis on the business characteristics of each unit and put forward multiple constructive opinions and suggestions.

 Chairman Chang put forward requirements for current and future work. All units and leading cadres at all levels of the company must strictly implement the responsibility for COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control work and normalize epidemic prevention and control work. We must strengthen confidence and lead by example, taking civil-military integration as an opportunity to actively seek government procurement product orders, continuously improve competitiveness, and contribute to promoting enterprise upgrading. We must focus on the long-term development of the enterprise, accurately grasp product research and development direction, accelerate the pace of industrial and product structure adjustment, fully utilize social resources, strengthen exchanges and cooperation with universities and research institutes, seek new products, and strive to achieve industrialization. We must attach great importance to new product research and development work, increase development efforts, implement tasks through layer-by-layer decomposition to individuals, continuously enrich product types, develop new products with independent intellectual property rights, master core unit technology, and lay a solid foundation for product and equipment upgrading. We must adhere to market orientation, try every means to overcome the impact of the epidemic, with leading cadres taking the lead in running markets and securing orders, clarifying positioning, striving to develop domestic and international markets, and continuously improving the company is brand awareness.

 We must fully utilize incentive and constraint mechanisms, refined management and other methods to mobilize employee work enthusiasm, rationally allocate personnel, strictly manage assessment, effectively strengthen process discipline and labor discipline, improve testing and testing technical means, further improve quality management level, continuously improve product quality, and ensure contract tasks are delivered to users on time with quality and quantity guaranteed. We must attach great importance to process innovation, improve product performance and numerical control level, improve production efficiency, and increase product added value. We must selectively lower the threshold for technical and research and development talent introduction, actively introduce and cultivate research and development forces, further improve the overall quality of the employee team, improve employee team cohesion, and achieve the goal of strengthening the enterprise through talent. We must continuously strengthen 6S management of production sites, strictly implement safety regulations, strengthen safe and civilized production, regularly overhaul production equipment according to system regulations, effectively implement site fixed position management, environmental sanitation, equipment maintenance and other work, and strive to achieve dual victory in epidemic prevention and control work and production and operation goals!
