Company Holds Meeting for New College and Technical School Graduates

  On the afternoon of July 18th, the company held a meeting for this year‘s newly recruited college and technical school graduates in the fourth-floor conference room of the office building. Company Chairman and Party Secretary Chang Pengju and General Manager Kong Xiaoqi made speeches respectively. In their speeches, they first welcomed the students to work at the company on behalf of the company. The company leaders briefly introduced the company‘s production and operation situation, focusing on the company‘s "6+2" products and future development ideas. They hoped that after joining the company, the students would be diligent in learning, dedicated to their work, respect their mentors, combine book knowledge with practice, and quickly integrate into the Northwest Machinery collective. They should aspire to become talents and contribute to the development of Northwest Machinery Co., Ltd. It is reported that these newly recruited students have completed four days of factory entry education and training. The company‘s relevant functional departments conducted systematic factory entry education and training covering the company‘s development history, confidentiality, safety knowledge, the company‘s "12th Five-Year" development plan, factory rules and regulations, and other content. After the training, they also took a graduation exam. The 60 newly recruited college and technical school graduates have been assigned to various grassroots units and officially started their work positions.
